Leverage compounds. Effort does not.

Effort is linear and finite. Leverage (skill that transfers, work that keeps paying, positions that improve on their own) compounds. Most people optimise the first and never touch the second, then wonder why twenty years of hard work produced so little. These lectures are about the difference.
